Lower level
The lower level houses the spacious open plan living area and an en-suite bedroom.
This bedroom, decorated in cool earthy colours, has a queen sized bed and stylish en-suite bathroom, with large shower, basin and toilet.
The living area which is decorated with an eclectic array of hand selected art pieces is complimented by a comfortable cream couch, the perfect place from where to appreciate the spectacular views. A 42 inch plasma screen, DVD player and full bouquet DSTV, are available for your entertainment.
The dining area boasts a modern 8-seater wooden table ideal for sit-down dinners or family activities.
The fully equipped open plan kitchen has all the amenities you would expect from a luxury establishment, conveniently located close to the dining area.
Upper Level
From the vast living area, a wood and steel framed staircase leads one up to the upper floor, where you will find the elegant master and second bedroom, both en-suite.
The spacious master bedroom boasts incredible views to wake up to, the double bed, modern glass side tables and comfortable wing back chair is stylishly decorated in grey and white tones. It also features a private balcony from where one can enjoy late breakfasts or early sunsets. A large walk in closet leads into the bathroom with a large bath, shower, basin and toilet.
The second bedroom, which overlooks the swimming pool and barbeque area, has twin beds which can easily be converted into a king. It also overlooks the living area and is sunny and light. This third en-suite is fitted with shower, basin and toilet.

The Area
De Waterkant is one of Cape Town’s most beautiful areas, with its cobbled street bustling with sidewalk cafes, bars, restaurants, quaint boutiques and exciting nightlife. While the famous Long Street is also only a few minutes’ walk – with its wide array of unusual shops, antique shops, bookstores, museums and galleries. The pristine beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton can easily be reached within a 10 minutes drive and for those here on business, the Cape Town Convention Centre is a short and scenic stroll away.
